NJ Ballroom Dance Center adds CARDIO AEROBIC BLAST

You can boost your Cardiovascular Fitness and Challen your Major Muscle Groups with this class!
Its the most complete workout.
This class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am – 10:30 am at the NJ Ballroom Dance Center at 44 Main Street.

The Fee Structure for these classes is – 1st class FREE….there is a $7 drop in rate or pay $50 for 10 visits!
This is a great way to stay in shape, do some sweating and work out with your friends!
