It’s a fabulous little shop right next to FRESCO MEXICAN RESTAURANT…and like great food and wine…these two businesses should be experienced together…you know…shop then eat OR eat then shop…no matter the order either way you are in for delicious and  beautiful!

 Fresco Mexican is synonymous with Fresh Mexican!  Everything is made daily from fresh ingredients…it’s family friendly too.  There are vegetarian specials every day, the service is great and the atmosphere colorful and happy.  You will love it – oh and don’t forget its BYOB!  Carlos tells me that “customers love the food and the friendly vibrant setting.  There is outdoor dining too…so wonderful this time of year.”

Random Acts of Fresco Boutique is a feast for the eyes with beautiful, colorful hand-crafted artisan made goods.   Although small the boutique has a wonderful gallery-like feeling because of the way everything is displayed.  There is home décor, upscale elegant jewelry, textiles…most imported from Mexico – a wonderful source for different, unique gifts!

The blown glassware is amazing…each piece is more exquisite than the next…you may have to buy them all if you can’t make a choice!

Carlos says his favorite product in the shop is”the imported Dried Hibiscus Flower Tea”.  Hmmm that must be some pretty scrumptious tea because it is just one of so many fabulous treasures….

 When I asked Carlos what he liked most about Chester, he said “I love the small town community atmosphere.”   He is soooo not alone. This is part of  the common thread that every Chester Merchant has expressed to me!  This is a great restaurant and shop combination not be missed…make sure you visit next time you are in Chester!

And, while you are here…take a look around at what a beautiful town Chester is…especially this time of year.  Enjoy the brick sidewalks lined with trees and the “garden” areas around town that just make you feel good!   Chester truly brings you Old World Charm with contemporary shopping and dining!
